1. Service Agreement
By booking a relocation with MoversKit, the client confirms that all goods packed and transported are owned or legally handled by the client. We provide insured, careful transport under UAE logistics guidelines.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotes provided via phone, WhatsApp, or our online quote tool are based on the inventory and scope of work specified. Any additional items or unexpected site delays (e.g. lack of elevator access or permit issues) may adjust the final scope.
3. Cargo Safety & Claims
Our experienced team uses heavy-duty corrugated cartons, stretch film, and air-bubble wrap. Any items of extraordinary value must be declared prior to packing.
